Hi,

Thanks for your reply! You need to see that status after quite some time elapsed.

Also the log from /var/log/netcpa.log showed "rmqClient Connect Returned -1" continuously.

 

It gives me some hint that rmqClient on vsfwd and it will communicate with NSX manager about

the communication health bewteen netcpa and NSX controller, my guess.

 

Now I am looking for the flow of communication between NSX controller and netcpa.

I'll update it if I find something to prove my expectation or you can tell me if you know this flow exactly.

Hi ,

 

Update him both scenario With Reboot and Without Reboot , also risk on the case when there is no reboot .

 

You have to clearly update him , In case any issue came if there is no reboot , data may loose . There will be a risk keeping data on Local Data store .

 

Make sure before proceeding get confirmation .

Hi,

FT is a supported availability options for vCenter Server. You can check it on VMware KB page (1024051). I think one of the technical approach we can use is by creating another vCenter Server (let's say vCSA for Management Cluster) and then add existing ESXi host which currently run your previous vCenter Server. Afterwards, you can connect to newly created vCenter Server with vSphere Web Client and uncheck 'Enable CPU Hot Remove' option from previous vCSA VM configuration.

I haven't found a way to get this working, aside from connecting through VNC (http://superuser.com/a/697632/116475), which is not ideal.

Regards to vROM , check the version compatibility , if it not supporting please remove and try . Later you can upgrade and check .

First, Horizon Linux client just supports Ubuntu LTS version and the latest version is 14.04. 

Then to workaround this issue you can make a soft link of the libraries you installed. for example,   you use the command to create a soft link file libpng12.so.0 which linked to libpngxx.so.x under /xxx/xxx  "sudo ln -s /xxx/xxx/libpngxx.so.x /usr/lib/libpng12.so.0"

I see there was another post also returning 18000 but it didn't seem to resolve my problem. I cannot seem to get the VDDK to open a disk when using the latest version 6.5. Can anyone help?

SRA are detected as okay even with discover devices mode.

Based from the screen images with Texas as example, it is detected in datastore view but not in SRM.

I noticed that some LUNS are detected as 1 LUN.

If we try to select only one LUN, it is detected as a group.

Please see screenshots for verification.

 

Note:

These is based on array based replication using EMC VMax.

VMs replicated via vSphere Replication on VSAN storage has no issues.

I found out something more. The user reported that he doesn't see the hourglass next to the mouse Cursor when SAP is loading for example. But when I look on the virtual Desktop with damewar I can see the hourglass. How can I solve this?
