I said starting with the Virtual Machine shutdown not suspended! Use the Virtual Machine menu command to Shut Down or press Option key to change Shut Down to Force Shut Down and then boot to Windows 7 Safe Mode and if you do not know how to boot to Window 7 Safe Mode then Google it!
